CELEBRATING OUR SEASONS.
Honoring Every Stage of a Woman’s Journey
Rooted in the practices of yoga, meditation, and educational workshops, our program is a space for women to reconnect with themselves, their cycles, and each other.
Why This Program Matters
Many women and girls are navigating stress, disconnection, and constant demands without safe spaces to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
While wellness conversations are growing, few programs intentionally combine movement, mindfulness, and meaningful education in a supportive community setting.
The Heart Behind It.
Through partnerships with yoga studios across the region, we offer four unique versions of the program to meet the diverse needs of our communities.
Gentle movement and breathwork.

Each experience blends
Guided meditation and mindfulness practices.
Education on stress management and emotional well-being.
Physical wellness and body awareness.

Personal growth and empowerment.

What “Seasons” Means
Each participating studio receives four seasonal workshops per year, each aligning with a specific phase of the menstrual cycle—mirroring the natural rhythm of the Earth’s seasons:
FALL
LUTEAL: A time for reflection, grounding, and preparation.
WINTER
MENSTRUATION: A sacred moment of rest, release, and renewal.
SPRING
FOLLICULAR: The beginning of new energy, growth, and creativity.
SUMMER
OVULATION: A season of connection, confidence, and vitality.
