For International Women’s Day 2025, Divine Drops proudly joined the celebration of resistance, empowerment, and womanhood by hosting an interactive booth dedicated to menstrual education and sustainable period care in Bacalar, México.
Throughout the day, we created a welcoming space where visitors could learn about reusable menstrual products—including menstrual cups, reusable pads, and period panties. Our team provided hands-on guidance and answered questions about how to use each product effectively and safely, helping to break down stigma and misinformation that too often surrounds menstruation.

A highlight of the day was a powerful reflective activity led by Paola, where participants were invited to share their personal journey with menstruation—whether that meant embracing their cycles, navigating shame, or overcoming practical challenges. In return, each participant received a free menstrual kit, which included a reusable pad or menstrual cup, along with educational materials, stickers, postcards, and other thoughtful gifts.
We also had meaningful one-on-one conversations with girls and young women who had already started using reusable products but were facing difficulties—particularly with menstrual cups. These dialogues became mini mentoring sessions, offering encouragement, practical tips, and a reminder that they are not alone on this journey.

As always, Divine Drops continues to stand for menstrual justice—not just on Women’s Day, but every day. Because when people are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need, they can reclaim their cycles, challenge harmful norms, and lead the movement toward equity and respect.
